Hello,
Just got back to Singapore a few days from the jiuzhaigou trip. It's been amazing & I get to see snow for the first time, yeah. I was pretty excited cause you don't get to experience snow in Singapore. So we booked the tour with CTC and the duration to chengdu took about 5 hours. We flew direct with SILKAIR.
By the time we arrived at chengdu, it was already late. The local tour guide took over,boarded the coach & checked in RAMADA HOTEL and rest time!
The next day, we spent most of the time on the coach cause the journey to jiuzhaigou from chengdu took approximately 8 hours. We have a few pit stops where we are given some time to explore around and took some pictures (;
I love the hotel we stayed at jiuzhaigou!!
If you ever visit jiuzhaigou, you gotta stay there! The hotel is 九寨天堂. We stayed for 2 nights <3
They have a "fireplace" and a small balcony.
The view from the balcony!
It was really freezing and cold up the mountains. About -12degrees
And yes a picture with the "xmas tree" to complete the xmas season hehe

The happy Chelsea man
I am SO SO SO blown away by the beautiful sceneries in JiuZhaigou
This was taken at wu hua hai, one of my fav shot! Thanks to the tour guide for this beautiful capture!
My trusty boots <33
Love this candid shot taken by the man!
The mou ni gou waterfall (;
With my Chelsea man
At Huang Long Xi
Huang Long Xi is a really pretty place unfortunately we were not given enough time to explore around :(
With the Le Shan Da Fou behind us!
The Sleeping Buddha formed naturally by the three "aligned" mountains
Before reaching the Jin Ding, we have to walk a long flight of stairs. It was definitely challenging because of the high altitude plus it's freezingly cold and the stairs were all covered with snow. Halfway up, I was feeling really out of breath & eventually decided to take the "jiao zi" to transport me up.
It was pretty scary because I wasn't wearing any safety belt. The experience was based solely on trust & I was happy that I was safely transported.
Along the way we met this little guy here.
How can we come to China without visiting the pandas!
This little boy is so adorable! He took over the tour guide for the day hahaha
Spot the red panda!
Finally we get to also spend some time at kuan zhai alley, jin li street and Global centre to shop.
Conclusion:
The trip was good because
•first winter with my Chelsea man
•awesome company with his friends
•the entertaining kiddos
Till the next entry <3
